Yes absolutely! At Wellthy Clinic initially we will go through the Pilates principles and ensure you are practising with the correct technique to gain best results. Private sessions ensure quick progression in a safe manner using the reformer, Cadillac and chair Pilates equipment. We will increase the difficulty or support you throughout the exercises depending on which resistance is added. Sessions are truly bespoke to cater for you and your needs.

Yes! while the Pilates equipment can look intimidating, they are actually easy-to-use, incredibly effective and great fun! Pilates moves are not complicated in themselves, but they do need to be performed with the correct technique, focus and precision to gain the best results. This way you will make the exercises as effective as possible and prevent injury. What Should I Wear?

Something that is comfortable which means you are ready to move. Generally ladies wear leggings, T shirt and a sports bra. Gentleman wears shorts or stretchy tracksuit bottoms and a T shirt. We recommend wearing grippy pilates socks when using the Pilates apparatus.
